Today I got a nice different training. I planned sprint training, and I found some training-partner: Simone Berazzo, the driver of Italia1 bobsleigh and his coach Tartaglia. I’m so tired right now! I learn some new exsercise and did some very fast run! Tomorrow I’m going to have weight training with Simone, but this is something more normal as we live in the same town and go in the same weight room since several years already. It’s really usefull and more fun to have training with no-confident partner. It helps to find new motivation.

Time goes by and I’m always home. I’m enjoying it anyway, no driving, no packing… Training is going on, I began inlining often, but my pain insn’t that happy about the position and it’s controlling my volume of work.

In the meantime I began to collaborate with some friends in different project, www.sportavventuraday.it and www.unico1.org and I’m planning a lot with them, hopefully we can do something good for people.
