After a very short holiday in 5 Terre with my friend Becky, I came back home getting ready for training camp. It began today, but I’m not there, who knows why. Training is going on by myself, not so much volume as it should be because of several pains between leg and gluteus, but it’s much better than it was.

Raining, raining, raining…… it’s always raining!! How is it possible to have good training when it’s always wet?

Right now I’m doing both athlete and coach. As possible I train with my sister Paola to help her a little bit before she get to sick of training alone; and let say she is pretty good. We bought a bike and she comes with me… till when we meet a hill and she starts asking “when are we going back?”. But she stay right behind me till when I allowed her to go. I’m pround of her… (just don’t tell her).
