Per questo Natale 2008 voglio augurare Buonissime Feste a tutti coloro che mi sono stati vicini in un anno difficile, come il mitico Max uno dei “osteomassofisio” che mi segue, il Doc Bale, Andrea e Claudio della palestra Stile Libero di Preganziol e soprattutto coloro che mi sono stati vicino in silenzio: Michi, Gaby, Bruno, Liana e speriamo di non dimenticare nessuno perchè siete stati grandissimi!!

Poi ovviamente un mare di Auguri anche a tutti coloro che si interessano a me, cercherò di passare più spesso a lasciare qualche post….

Buon Natale

The junior championships are between my best memories of skating. You qualified, you leave to some ice rink you have maybe never been and you meet so many new people from all over the world. Some of those people try to get a world title, most of them just enjoy the life around skating, and this is something you should never miss.

I don’t know if skaters of 2007 enjoyed a lot during their Championship. They got a hard time I guess, looking to the result!! Tomorrow they still have to skate team pursuit that’s a very nice race. But today I want to say “bravo” to the 6 italian skaters who races in these 2 days. They got some personal best and they got some very bad race because of wind and hot weather. Brava Rita, you almost got top 10 during your last junior season. And bravo Marco, you showed you will give hard time to the others next year. Hope all of them are satisfied. And one more “bravo” goes to Baroni, who coached them definitely good during the all season. Now go and fight with the team tomorrow!

February is already almost gone. I’m having last week of training before leave next Monday to Calgary were (hopefully- never say never) I’ll get the second total World Cup of my career. I love to skate on fast ice and I’ll do my best to skate really fast there!!

Hi everybody.

I got an easy week end of competitions in Collalbo. I met Gerritsen and Timmer on the ice, but I was too tired to skate fast against them. One more week of training (probably without unfortunately compeeting in Erfurt on 1500m) and then will be time to rest waiting for Calgary, where I should raise my 2nd WORLD CUP on 1000m and Salt Lake where I will love to skate again single distances Championship.

But today I need to congratulate with my team mates ENRICO FABRIS who got silver medal in Heerenveen!!! So strong!! He seems so “big” on the TV, even if I know he is not that big!!

2006 is going to finish soon. It was a very good year for some reasons, but a bad one for some others.

Bronze medal at the sprint World’s, silver and bronze in the world cup… and then i got my bad olympic games and my accident in the summer training… but finally I’m back again! I had to work hard to get fast again, and at the end in Asia I’ve been successful, and now after winning 3 1000 meters races I’m leading the WC standing.

What will 2007 bring us? We don’t know yet. For sure everyone should try his best as I’ll do and we will reach our goals.I want to be satisfied of my work and this is the reason why I try each day to do my best both on skate and life.
